Delete your Hashpit account
Hashpit — solo mining console (developer: Mohd Elfatih)
You can delete your Hashpit account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to
do it.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open Hashpit and go to the Settings tab.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Confirm on the prompt (“Delete everything”).
Your account and its server-side data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Email mohd.elfatih@icloud.com from the address on
your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll remove it promptly (within 30 days).
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes, from our server:
- Your account and email address (and any linked Apple/Google sign-in)
- Your saved payout / wallet addresses
- Your mining order and profit/loss history
- Your login sessions and any registered notification device tokens
Note: Your NiceHash and MiningRigRentals API keys are stored only on your
device — never on our server — so they are removed when you delete the account (which signs you
out) or uninstall the app. We keep no backups of deleted account data beyond routine, short-term
system backups that are overwritten on a rolling basis.
